Landmark Period 2017
What a landmark period 2017 is for God’s people! You do not have to experience the same struggles and frustrations you had last year. This year is a new year. Proverbs 4:18 says, The path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and unto the perfect day. God takes pleasure in prospering his people. Isaiah 43:19 says, Behold I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth.
A New Season
This is a season of change and transition of power. As a believer, you must know when to shift into position for the new things God has in store for you. You need to have focus, avoid distractions, and have the instinct to shift. Know when to apply pressure and when to release. When you shift, you will begin to pick up speed. It is like driving a 5-speed car. When you shift, you will begin to pick up speed. You start out in 1st gear, then move to 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. If you don’t have the instinct to shift, it will strain the engine. You must have the instinct to shift at the right time during your struggle.
Areas of Shifting
Some of you are trying to figure out what to shift in different areas of your life. Some areas include changing jobs, going back to school, getting a new car, adding on to your home, buying a piece of property, etc. Right now, there is a preacher reading this message. You are struggling with the idea about quitting your job and going into the ministry full time. You must have the instinct to shift to go to the next level.
